These rules will be applied in order for you to learn a new jutsu. To train, you must post as many posts as it takes to learn the jutsu. Only the kage of your village can say that you have accomplished the requirments to learning the jutsu.

Note: You still must wait for someone to reply. The reply must be of your teacher, or of your kage, or of the person teaching you. It must be an actualy reply, not a (good job, 7 more left to go.)

Academy: 5 posts per jutsu.

Genin: 10 posts per jutsu.

Chuunin: 15 posts per jutsu.

Jounin: 20 posts per jutsu.

Sannin: 25 posts per jutsu.

Kage: 30 posts per jutsu.

For every rank taht you are higher then the rank of the jutsu, you may have it that many times.

Ex: My rank is kage. The jutsu rank is genin. I will halv that jutsu by 4.
10 / 4 = 2.

You always round to the nearest whole number.

For instance. If a Genin of mine purchased a jounin level jutsu, then he/she may attempt to learn that jutsu. However, because he is not a jounin, he/she will have to not only put 20 posts in order to learn the jutsu; but he/she must multiply that by the number he is under.

Here's how the math works.

Genin is rank 2 on the list.

Jounin is rank 4 on the list.

4-2=2.

So 20x2=40.

It will take the genin 40 posts to learn the jutsu.

If you are higher then the rank required to learn the jutsu, then you do this math and divive; rounding up if it is not a whole number.

If you are lower then the rank required to learn the juts, such as this genin; Than you do this math, and multiply by that much.

It's a consideration that in the naruto world, naruto trained very very very hard to learn how to use the Rasengan technique. If that jutsu was ranked, it would probably be a Sanin or Kage level jutsu. However, he learned to use it. There for...

...You can tell a promising student from the rest of the students by one who spends there time training and training to learn to use a jutsu.
