I just revel in powerful positions. Have you had any Past Experience in another Forum, as a Staff Member: I've been an admin on at least 5 different sites in the past two-three years, global mods, and regular mods on places like LoD-Squared, HellandHeaven.net, etc. I now admin my own site, Ethereal Eclipse. I'd say I have a little experience. Are you active on Forums, and ours: Very. I'm absurdly addicted to my computer and like to hang around forums. I'm a student, but I would do my very best to post as often as possible. How many chances do you give a Member before taking action: Depends on the situation. I never ban immediately, but I also never let things go undiscussed. I'm a little lenient when it comes to spamming/off topic/ double posting, but when it comes to flaming and hate posts, I have very little tolerance. I treat each incident separately. Any other questions, ask!
