Who has or knows someone that went through the tragic event on 9/11? I want to know people's stories and others about their close relatives or someone you knew that actually went through it. Even if you have never gone through anything like this before, just put in some info you know about the whole situation itself. Debating is allowed, but I don't want to see anyone cross the line.

I, myself, personally have never witnessed a catastrophic event such as this one and hopefully I never will.

These kind of events are just heart breaking, so much so that I can remember the exact place and what I was doing when it happened. I was in 5th grade and we were doing a writing assignment cause we were bad.. and then ....we .. you know what happened.
It was tragic and my mom picked me up early from school..... I was sad, and angry, and mortified, and shocked all at the same time.

Anthony, you obviously cannot count... You were in 3rd grade first of all, not 5th. We are the same age and same grade, I was in 3rd. 10-7=3 :o Amazing! XD Just kidding, but I am right :P

well on 9/11 I wasn't there and I didn't have any family or friends there either but even so I was old enough to understand that it was a big deal and we found out as fast as we could cus my teacher kept the television in the class on all the time because she had an obsession with the news and she busted out crying when it came on because she had family and friends there and just seeing other people like that breaks my heart. I mean theres people that don't care how other people feel and have no sympathy but I was personaly very angry, and very sad at the same time.

Tragic, very Tragic, however I'm proud (not to be mean or rude) not to live in America, after that day I felt I would never go there and after watching Shows which portray (I know all are fake) Death in America. Plus I'd rather go to UK and Tokyo (For Anime and Gadgets etc. :P) as all the Family Travels, (Dad and Brother have been everywhere, including Southern Pole. :P) However I'm getting off topic, the War is going on for to long, and soon Australia and other Foreign Countries will withdraw, because of events such as the 9/11 occurring in their on County, and soon America will have to deal with this all, naughty if you voted for Bush, Joke. :P

I was in 1st grade when this happened. I was too young to understand what had happen and I didn't live in the united states when this happened. My uncle died when this happened and I'm kinda dissapointed in myself for being to young not to understand what death was. I loved my uncle so yeah all of you who knew somebody or had a family member die with this happing i feel your pain.
