Just a quick update: We now have a newer version of the ResMed VPAP Auto 25 & VPAP ST Combined Manual available through email. This one includes the ResMed VPAP S clinician Manual. If you received the Auto 25 or ST manual previously, this is the same manual - the only change is the addition of the VPAP S to this combined manual. |

Thanks to a thoughtful Apnea Board member, we now have a bit more detailed instructions (with pictures) on how to enter into the clinician setup menu system on most Philips-Respironics PR System One CPAP machines. This would include the following machines: PR System One REMstar Auto PR System One BiPAP Auto with Bi-Flex PR System One BiPAP Pro with Bi-Flex PR System One REMstar Pro with C-Flex PR System One REMstar Plus Should also work for most other PR System One machines. The directions page (with pictures) is available via a link on our Clinician Manuals Page at: http://www.apneaboard.com/CPAP%20Adjustment.htm (scroll down to the section on Philips-Respironics PR System One machines). Note: We still need the clinician manuals for all the machines above (except the REMstar Auto), so if you have the clinician setup manual for any of these machines, please email it to me so we can make it available to others. Added instructions to the CPAP Manual page for getting into the clinician setup menu of the following machines: DeVilbiss 9000 series machines: Turn on the machine, then turn off the machine. Immediately after that, simultaneously press the down arrow button and the ramp buttons. While holding those two buttons down hit the power button to enter the setup mode. Scroll through the menu using the select button until you get to IPAP and EPAP settings. Use the up and down arrow buttons to change the levels. When done turn off the machine. DeVilbiss RPM Bilevel: To unlock the prescription settings, make sure the blower is OFF (OFF should be shown on the display). While pressing the DELAY and DOWN buttons, press the ON/OFF button to start the blower. The prescription settings are now unlocked and can be changed using the UP and DOWN buttons on the keypad. Press the SELECT button to advance to the next setting. The first value displayed on the LCD will be the mode. |
