Ok, so I and, from what I hear, a few others have got bits and pieces of Flames of War stuff floating around, not a complete army at all but bits and pieces. Some Russians, and the intro kit with the Shermans and Stugs. So, that said, the best way to learn a game, and the best way to get people enthused and start things happening, is to put models on a table and roll dice. So let's do that. Paul has German infantry, and a Tiger, that I know. I can bring Russian tanks and infantry, as well as those Shermans and Stugs I mentioned. If anybody else has anything to contribute, bring it too. I have a rulebook, Paul has a rulebook, and I'm ordering Festung Europa, which is kinda like a codex or army book for the whole Late War in Europe. That means that, once my book gets in, we'll have everything we need to gather round a table and play some introductory, learn-the-rules games. So, who wants to put their hands up for that? |
