No, it wasn't intended that way. As in a heading you don't generally use punctuation unless a question is being asked, which it was. If Yoda had said it it would be one sentence: On facebook, (pause at question mark and raise the pitch of your inner voice so you know it's a question). Corner of the Attic is (technically a sentence fragment, but part of the headline... |
