Had a customer drop in a copy of the Forgeworld "how to paint tanks" book and the stuff that was in that book was insane. The vast majority of it airbrushing, but stunning none the less. For example the dozer blade was painted metal, coated in purity seal then sprayed iyanden darksun. Then with a brush dipped in hot water it was twirled and wiggled across the blade. What does it do? It's hot enough to take the paint off and make it look like the paint has been chipped and worn, revealing metal patches. I fainted 3 times reading it, LOL.
