I envisage the conversation went something like : Politician : 'Hey Kev, whats with cutting $25000 from our annual printing allowance?, we need that money for photocopying our butts and dropping flyers in peoples letterboxes' Kev: 'Well, if we cut back on spending people will like us more, its also good for the environment and we can use the money elsewhere.' Politician : 'But Kev... I was going to print up some birthday party invites for my kids, if you cut the budget back I'll have to use my own money and I can't afford that much gold leaf embossing AND the streamers AND the posters AND the billboards' Kev : 'Suck it up, I'm trying to improve our image, save some money and your kids birthday isn't for another four months' Politician : 'But Kev...' Kev : 'I said no.' Politician : 'But Kev...' Kev : 'Seriously, you are not going to do this right now.' Politician : 'But Kev...'
