Sharky threw his head back and hissed in annoyance. This was too much, too fast, too many voices! It was confusing him, while he tried to follow what everybody said.
that, combined with the adrenaline of his near-death and the killing of Black made him give a roar of rage, louder than anybody would have expected from the comparatively tiny man.
Some heads turned towards him.

"Me say we part ways."
he agreed quietly with Kevin and the men who proposed to share the ships.
"But me know, "Fates Hand" now is slow. No is has sails, water, food. We share from Brethren ship... but for that, we take cannons from "Hand". And some more we take..."
Unnoticed, the small three-coloured cat has found her way on deck, mewing nervously, pressing against one leg, then another, begging for attention and reassurance.
Sharky grinned and picked her up,the cat purring happily and nestling into his chest.
"We no even need talk much..."
he stated coolly.
"One thing to choose... where I go, there this cat will be only cat allowed. Purr-cat is catch rat and is needed. Men, who think need cat in back, men, who think need beating like dog, better stay away.
Me want be ship with men, no dogs!!"

Having said this, Sharky jumped onto the railing, Neko-chan hissing and digging her nails into his flesh, frightened but with a large jump, the oriental sailor left the "Fates Hand"... forever... and landed onto the pirates brig.

KEVIN PRICE and NEIL DONOVAN[/align]

Kevin and Neil looked at Sharky. His words sounded reasonable enough, and they were decided to follow him. When he took the kitty with him, Neil smiled, as he loved her too.

The master gunner was also decided to follow them, and he smirked when he heard Sharky say that he intended to take the cannons too. Still, he was wondering how on Earth they were going to fit so many cannons on a so small brig.

”Davy Jones will take you all, you murderous fools!” the master’s mate shouted in contempt. ”Who’s going to take you to the next port?

”Not you, anyway, we understood this!” another of the mutineers answered. ”As if you can’t go to hell with this floating coffin, if the fate’s hand has this written for you!”

Several men ovationed when hearing that there will be no “cat of nine tails” aboard the rebels’ ship. They joined Sharky over the rails, to the brig, while others, following the Oriental’s suggestion, were stripping the “Fate’s Hand” of various valuables.

Life didn’t seem that bad in the early afternoon sun…
