Any Frenchmen who would rekindle the spirit of Louis XIV and Napoleon and seek to annex and subjugate the proud and independent German people is a barbarian. |

Whitehall views with French encroachment on German soil as an unfortunate act. We fear French aggression far more than German. |

To quote a famous french solider who was part of a castle force who defeated King Author and other fellow knights of the round table: I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries. viva la France! |

Given the current state of affairs, Whitehall feels obligated to make its position known. We support German claims on east prussia We support German creation of buffer states in Poland and the Baltics. We do not support German attempts dismember the Russian Empire. Should Germany seek to demand more then they are motivated not by reclamation, but by conquest. We cannot and will not allow Germany to break up the Russian Empire and upset the balance of power that we now have. Germany is strongly advised not to ask for too much from Russia. Consequences for overstepping will not be to the Kaisers liking.

Do not presume to dictate Prussian policy. Your lack of action in the past, in spite of your protestations of protecting the balance of power outlines your position in Prussian foreign policy. Nonetheless, the current Prussian position vis a vis Russia is not to dismember the nation, for one thing this is not practically possible, and regardless, we do not wish to annex ethnic Russian provinces. |

We, the former rulers of the last great Hasburg empire, would like to formally announce the release of Hungary, and our Unification with the North German Federation to create, at last, a united German state! Long live the German Empire!
