With this missive, Russia establishes her embassy in Ciudad de Mexico, oficially recognising Mexican independence and starting diplomatic relations. We would like to show our support for Mexican authorities in keeping illegal immigration in check, and so a russian delegation of engineers with experience in labor camps and penal colonies will come to train their mexican counterparts in the most advanced ways of prisoner treatment and maintenance. We could even cede some islands in Alaska for that end. We hope Mexico a rapid growth and prosperous times from now onward. |

The recognition of the independence of the United Mexican States is contingent on Spanish recognition. In other words, should the Kingdom of Spain recognize Mexican independence, you may consider our recognition given as well. Yours, The Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies |

With this missive, the United Netherlands formally acknowledges the independence and right to self determination of Mexico, newly free from the yoke of Spain. Rest assured that others have felt the pain of Spanish possession, and deeply empathise with you presently. If there any humanitarian goal to which the United Netherlands may aspire to assuage, please, let us know. Yours, Ambassador for the Americas, United Netherlands. |

King Carlos V sends this message personally, from his base camp in the Southern Pyrenees. My friend Generalissimo Santa Anna, I send my regards and goodwill to you, and the proud peoples of Mexico. I understand you have a situation similar to ours regarding revolutionaries trying to overtake what is rightfully yours. These "Texans" unlawfully broke away, and even shout death and destruction to Mexico. This cannot be tolerated, as the so called "Republic of Texas" hides behind its neighbor of the United States for safety. You have the full support of the Spanish Crown to dispose of this false government once we have control of Madrid here in Spain. Also, as King of Spain, I also recognize the independence of the Mexican Nation. I hope we can both have a prosperous future, and I shall await for a return telegram. Signed, King Carlos V |

Greetings from the Office of the President of the United States of America.Although we recognize your independence, we cannot support your aggression upon the Republic of Texas. I hope to negotiate a peaceful resolution regarding this matter and urge you to reconsider invading sovereign Texan lands lest tensions rise on our small continent. Best Regards to our neighbor to the south. |

To His Excellency General Antonio López de Santa Anna, President of the Mexican Republic The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies wishes to greet the mexican government, and inform that it does not recognize the independence of the Coahuila y Tejas state from the unified Mexico. Our country fully supports the mexican effort to suppress the rebellion and maintain its territorial integrity, and we are prepared to severe all diplomatic ties with the United States of America should it intervene against Mexico in this conflict. Yours, The Foreign Ministry of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies |

The sovereign nation of Mexico, and me, General Santa Anna in its head, have decided, in this hard moment for our country, to accept and sign the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty. I hope this becomes a wise decision for our nation. Industrialization and modernization are necessary, and keeping good relations with our democratic neighbours seems a way direct to it. Let flow between our borders the investments and knowledge which will make of America the edge of the world. Our both Republics of USA and Mexico seem to share a manifest destiny! (embassy updated) |

King Carlos V sends this telegram after acquiring the Mexican declaration of surrender to the American Imperialists. The wording used in the message by Mexico sends great worry that the United States has gained a puppet state on its new expanded southern border. General Santa Anna is now declared in Spain a man with no honor, integrity or common sense to leave his own people to ruin, while he basks in American corruption of the once great nation of Mexico. Mexico is no longer a sovereign nation, it is an extension of the United States, and unless Mexico can come to its senses, shall be regarded in the American Embassy as such. The people of Mexico we shall always respect, but its current government is full of capitalist and liberal revolutionaries sympathetic to the American Imperialists. We are prepared, along with many other nations to cut diplomatic ties with Mexico unless they come to the table and realize that they can have a bright future independent of American domination. Signed, King Carlos V Signed, Spanish Diplomatic Corps |

If Mexico thinks they will expand further south into the USCA after becoming an American puppet, they are severely mistaken. We would see this as a threat to our influence in Brazil, and we would consider offering the Spanish a deal to help them invade the USCA/Colombia, to help counter the dominance of the US in the Americas. We suggest Mexico reconsider, before Russia signs the treaty and it's too late.

To General Santa Anna, our new friend to the South: We are most relieved hostilities between our two nations has ceased and a new era of peace and trade has begun. We are excited to share this continent in friendship and look forward to gaining an industrial trade partner. We believe that through our joint leadership, we can keep the foreign dog Carlos out of America, for, as you eloquently put it, the Americas belong to the Americans, north and south! As promised, we will assist you with your territorial claims. (ooc: In the game, let me know when you are prepared to invade the USCA and I will dissolve the alliance with USCA, as this will protect your territorial claims while you prepare.) Viva Mexico and God bless peace on Earth! edit: News from Brazil! King Pedro II has agreed to defend the Americas from the threat of European dominance. This is truly a day for celebration as such a defensive alliance, together with a Mexican-American alliance ensures the safety and freedom of all those who call the Americas their home. |

A deep sense of mourning invaded the hearts of the people of Europe upon learning of the backstabbing perpetrated by General Santa Anna and his government against the people of the Mexican Republic. Upon finally enlisting widespread support in the Old Continent in favor of the cause of mexican resistance to the ruthless imperialism of yankee pigs, for reasons yet unknown the mexican government suddenly decided to capitulate, without any consultation or even warning to its european friends, in the war to maintain its national sovereignty over Hawaii and the mexican states north of the Rio Grande. It appears Santa Anna, once a leader in the resistance against american expansionism in the continent, has decided that his honor and the trust of the mexican people were worth less than the thirty pieces of dirty silver offered to him. Thus, Mexico has gone from being in the brink of a glorious victory to being hopelessly relegated to irrelevance and the traitor's shame. We may never truly know what motivated the baffoons in the mexican government into so idiotic a course, but what is certain is that Mexico has forsaken the path of liberty and embraced that of serfdom. It is unfortunate for the people of Mexico as they have no blame on being ruled by such disgrace of a government, but The Kingdom of Italy believes it is imperative to give Santa Anna and his minions no further legitimacy, and thus continuing diplomatic relations is out of the question. In any way, the status of Mexico as a sovereign nation has become dubious at best. |

The Republic of Mexico anounces its intentions to be a minor colonial power. We have proposed our nation as solution in the Sokoto colonial conflict and consider it a legitimate colonial claim. It is time for the Republic to reach the glory and greatness it deserves. Signed: General Santa Anna, Presidente de la República Centralista de México. |

The Spanish Empire shall not accept the traitors of Mexico to gain any more land anywhere, as this announcement to colonize is viewed as the United States colonizing in Africa, which we shall not allow. If you wish for us to stay out of the Americas, stay out of Africa and Pacific/Asia. These places have no room for cowards like the Mexican Government, this message also goes to Brazil and the United States, your puppet master, to not colonize anywhere, if not, we cannot assure peace for the enslaved peoples of Mexico and its corrupt puppet ruler Santa Anna. Signed, Spanish Diplomatic Corps |

Greetings to the President of Mexico! We have both seen successful decades, and wish to continue industrial aid to Mexico, as well as a continuation of our alliance. Our U.S. Congress recently voted to allow investment into foreign factories - thus, we plan on another round of heavy Mexican industrial investment in an effort to boost Mexico's international standing as well as Mexican standard of living. We ask our friend and ally if he wishes to renew our alliance: U.S.-Mexican Alliance 1. The U.S. and Mexico are under a offensive and defensive alliance and must aid one another if asked to join a war in which one is a party. 2. If either country faces rebellion, the other may ask for assistance to eliminate the rebellion. 3. The U.S. and Mexico may base both army and naval forces in either nation. 4: The U.S. and Mexico both recognize claims made by both nations, and shall uphold those claims. 5: The U.S. agrees to pay Mexico war subsidies in any Mexican war, but Mexico is not obligated to do the same to the U.S. [x] Signed[]

Dearest president: I would like to continue our US-Mexican alliance. Please let me know if this is agreeable. Please note that the U.S. did not invest in Mexican industry, other than rail, due to the war with the UK and the scramble for Africa -- though we intend to invest when next we meet. [x] Signed

![]() After winning the last elections in the capitalist parliament, the chance for revolution was finally there. The armed forces of Mexico subjugated to the orders of the Communist Party, and the support of the most populated states, aswell with the support of some of the sailors in Veracruz, allowed the Vanguard party to organize a fast revolution which took the capital after some days of battle on its streets. Many reactionaries were arrested and received their revolutionary judgement. The New Society can't be formed by those who can't avoid their individualism and are drugged by religions. The means of production were collectivized, properties nationalized and reorganized. The land belongs now to those who work on it, to the People. Everyone has right to have a home and a job. Education and Health Care are free for everyone. Army and Navy are now Popular, no longer it will be a institution formed up by mercenaries. The workers are who will defend now their socialist country. Revolutionary Armed Forces are being increased in number and quality to protect our glorious revolution. We are also proud to see how communist uprisings have also won in USA and Netherlands. Future is brighter than ever. Workers of all the World, unite !
