The Treaty of Corsica

This treaty entails the following:

France

-France is required to freely let Two Sicilies sphere the Papal States should Two Sicilies become a Great Power.
-France is required to allow Two Sicilies to annex the state of Tunisia in North Africa.
-France agrees to defend Two Sicilies diplomatically from entering foreign spheres of influence.

Two Sicilies/Italy

-Once a unified Italy is formed, Italy would be required to do Cavour's Diplomacy to cede Savoy and Nice to France.
-Two Sicilies/Italy must dissolve the Absolute Monarchy through reforms, passing atleast the "Only Landed" reform in voting rights by atleast 1860

Penalty for breaking the treaty: The person who breaks the treaty will lose a total of 75 prestige.

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies does not find the current conditions of the treaty to be satisfying. Namely:

In regards to the question of The Papal States, only relinquishing influence should our country become a Great Power we believe is not enough. There are two reasons for this: 1) low probability of achieving said status in the short term, and 2) annexing The Papal States early on would actually facilitate achieving GP status significantly.

Therefore, we would require France to unsphere them and not in any way impede the annexation.

Once the issue of The Papal States has been sorted out, we would expect similar french cooperation in regards to other minor italian states.

This seems fine. We may add that in exchange for facilitating italian unification, to begin with on the Roman question, our country would withdraw from supporting any party with which France has a conflict in the north of africa for a set amount of years (say, until 1860).

Also seems fine, as long as this not involves France herself sphering us.

We're also willing to accept these conditions.

In regards to the renovation of the treaty when it is required to do so, more study is clearly needed but our country has no intention on going against the spirit of the agreement.
