Prince von Metternich believes the outcome of the aforesaid Treaty of Constantinople was beneficial to all parties and that no further changes are needed. Austria supports maintaining the current territorial borders of Greece and will sign this treaty. |

While Russia is willing to avoid direct conflict against the Ottoman Empire, we can't support Greek suppresion inside Ottoman borders. Any rebellion or crisis related will be treated by Russia as Ottoman internal affairs, and so disregarded from neutrality. We still expect the Ottoman Empire to treat christians fair and respectfully, in order to avoid a wider crisis in the orient. |
