:BIUSA: :BIRUS2: The Russian-American Treaty of Moscow

Whereas it is the objective of this treaty to maintain peaceful relations between Russia and the U.S.A.

Therefore:

The U.S.A. will not sphere or ally with any country in Northeast Asia. As such, the U.S. will not interfere in any war involving Russia and regarding Northeast Asia.

Russia will not sphere or ally with any country in the Americas. As such, Russia will not interfere in any war involving the U.S. and regarding the Americas.

The penalty for breaking this treaty will be a reduction of 75 prestige points for the nation breaking this treaty.

Please note that the Russian-Mexican alliance will be viewed as dissolved by the U.S.

[x] :BIUSA: Signed

[] :BIRUS2:

Edit: This treaty fails.

While we understand the USA hurry and concern, we have to honor our current alliance with Mexico, after the Texan revolution is over.

We are open to review this treaty in the future, though.
