Well you did sign an offensive/defensive alliance with me. And I believe what I did was told you I would consider it a violation if you replied to a call to arms but did not contribute to the war. It kind of defeats the purpose of accepting a call, don't you think?

Actually whatever. I am so done trying to reason with Age of Empire people.

It seems Peruvian intelligence information was correct about Chilean cowardice. How humiliating it must be to be such a weak country...

[align=center]Chilean-Spanish Non-Agression Pact, 1883[/align]

Article 1

1.1 The Republic of Chile and the Spanish Empire enter into a non-aggression pact with one another. They vow to not attack each other or side against each other in a war or crisis.

Article 2

2.1 The penalty for breaking the terms of the present treaty will be 60 prestige points.

Article 3

3.1 Spain is required to subsidize Chile in any war on the South American Continent, unless Chile requests no financial assistance.

Spain wishes to maintain the Non-Aggression Pact with the Republic of Chile, to show our goodwill of relations between our nations.
