The Persians would like to discuss the division of territory in Central Asia, and in between the lands of Persia and British India. The Persian government would propose a division of land as such between the British, Persian, and Russian Empires in Central Asia. ![]() Do the British find these borders agreeable? |

Greeting to our friends in Government of the United Kingdom, the Dominion of Canada would like to bring up an interesting proposition, that the Turk and Caicos islands be annexed into Canada. If the Her Majesties government is hesitant, the Canadian government will happily pay a fair price of 50,000 for the island. - Govenor General of Canada ((Didn't have time to look up a new person, also this while anarchonistic was proposed twice historically in 1917, 1976 and soon to be a third time in the next few years.)) |

We the people of the United States greet the crown with a humble request. Our countries have had our differences in the past, however we wish to open the floor to the transfer of the State of Washington and Idaho to the American Union. Our sovereign nations looks to solidify our borders and uniting the American homeland under one flag would be a leap forward in this direction.

![]() The English people will here out the Americans request however it is unlikely we can oblige. Should the Americans truly want "their" land the united kingdom should not be able to refuse the price they raise. However as it currently stands the UK believes these territories to be sovereign Canadian land and the territory is currently being prepped for transfer. As it also currently stands the UK must protest the American acquisition of California as it seems the Mexican government got very little in exchange and the deal looked more of a bullying maneuver then a proper agreement |

We shall review the currently suitation and come back to the British government with a proper proposal regarding Washington and Idaho. Additionally the UKs protests are noted, however these agreements were made between the Mexican and American governments through private diplomatic action. This exchange is not an affair the crown should feel the need to involve itself in. |

First off, Gran Colombia humbly thanks the British government for its military support in bringing the nations of Venezuela and Ecuador to heel. Also, many thanks for developing the lands of Balboa into an economically beneficial canal. Gran Colombian capitalists doubt they could ever provide the capital required for such an undertaking, so everyone is glad that it'll be built by someone. Gran Colombia humbly asks that the province of Mahdia within the state of British Guyana is ceded to the control of Gran Colombia. We have little to provide the glorious British Empire, but we hope that the British Parliament sees the rightful claim of Gran Colombia and handles the matter accordingly.

England accepts this proposal and encourages the Colombian embassy to draft documentation of the sort. We will gladly provide funding and manpower for a canal to increase shipping capacity through the Americas. Perhaps one day it will make its way back into Colombian hands. |

The Gran Colombian Foreign minister has constructed a treaty that is believed to meet the demands of both our nations, under the name Treaty of Balboa. If any of the terms is seen as being unacceptable by the British government, please contact the foreign consulate of Gran Colombia to ask for a rewriting of the terms.

The President has requested audience with the Queen in regards to the current state of the divided Americas. For years our two nations have been at constant odds and while we have no desire to ally with our former oppressors, we do recognize the United Kingdom's strength and desire to come to an amicable agreement. Currently we hold territory in Southern Africa that we understand her Majesty desires. The President is willing to transfer the former Portuguese colonies, in addition to recognizing all English claims to territory south of the Congo (we are open to discussions of where a line can be draw) In exchange, we ask that the United Kingdom agree not to interfere in the current state of the tension with the CSA and stay out of all future wars between the United States and the CSA. We hope the queen carefully reviews this proposal as we feel it could bring great prosperity to both our nations

This level of diplomacy is something the English very well look forward to mirror onto the Americans. Should you wish to go through with this deal we shall draft a treaty that will be beneficial to both of our nations. Simply send us exactly what you look forward to getting and we will match that and draft the officiating document |

We have come up with a proposal for review by the British government. The United States will agree to transfer ownership of the former south eastern Portuguese colonies to the United Kingdom. The United States agrees to respect all claims south of the following boarder and will not declare war against the UK for direct ownership of territory in this area.

The United Kingdom will agree to not enter any war involving the United States and the CSA on the side of the CSA. Under these terms, we feel it is beneficial to bother our governments. If acceptable, we ask the British government draft a formal agreement for the President to sign. It has been brought to the attention of this government that the British allied nation of Canada has invaded the state of Cuba while in the possession of the Confederate rebels. We urge the British government to speak with their ally in regards to working out a transfer of this territory back into American hands. The Canadian government has no rightful claims to this land and this government feels it prudent the issue be addressed.
