Greetings to the Brazilian Empire, we send well-wishes for the next century. The Colombian Republic desires nothing but peace with our southern neighbors. As long as, the domain of Gran Colombia are left to the authority of Bogota, Colombia shall not expand into land held by Peru, or other South American states, without prior permission from Brazil. On the matter of currently Colombian-held lands that Brazil sees as properly Brazilian, Bogota is prepared to cede it to Brazil as a display of goodwill. May peace reign forever more.
