The world should be more colourful! Purple Two Sicilies has shown the way! Not everything needs to be a shade of red, blue and green!

- Swap the colours of Texas and Mexico. Teal is wasted on nations that don't survive anyway such as Ecuador and Texas.
- Let A-H stay white (and maybe give its darker red to the Ottoman Empire!)
- Give Italy a purple shade similar to the one of TS, but maybe a bit more 'faded' to make it fit with its neighbors. Either that of a variant of cyan like SP. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavender_%28c...tain_majesty.29 might be a good idea, but it would have to be viewed in the mod to tell if it actually looks good. (It may need a darker shade of purple such as the one of TS or a nice cyan to not blend in too much with France.)
- Make Brazil darker. Maybe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jungle_green#Amazon if it's not too dark to read.
- Make USA a darker shade of blue. It's awful how hard it is to tell French and American Africa apart!

I'm sure that people have other inputs to consider. It's maddening that Paradox left the most played countries looking so similar that it's hard to tell what you're occupying during a war, or which part of Africa belongs to who!

Just going to point out white Austria is really confusing for people trying to colonize around them. It's hard to see what's colonized or uncolonized in political map mod (which I assume most people use for everyday life).

It may also be wise to do something about the massive RGO unemployment as around 25% of farmers and labourers world wide are unemployed, significantly more then last game and we haven't done anything drastically different that would cause that, everywhere. It's a but absurd honestly as most countries have 20-30% unemployment overall which is ridiculously unrealistic, since 10% is really damaging.

I'll look into that, but like I said. I edited the save game for it to be compatible with vanilla and ran it for a couple of years and the issue persisted. So we did something, no clue what.

I'll also most likely be reverting the changes I made to the colonization in Africa, it didn't really work as planned. I'll probably keep a couple of extra entry points though.

If someone is bored I could use a list of RGO types with the biggest unemployment (if the type of RGO + unemployment are connected)

I can do this.

Edit:

So after some looking around I found that the RGOs with the most unemployment (excluding AI countries) are Sheep, Tobacco, Timber, Grain, Fish, Cows, Fruit, Coffee, Dyes, and sulfur with an average unemployment rate of 30% or higher (based on random RGO samples from various countries, haven't counted all RGOS.) Each resoruce is also quite over produced, even with such high unemployment rates:

Sulfur: 900/843 > 57
Sheep: 2858/2743 > 118
Dyes: 239/225 > 14 (Not a huge difference but most of the indian dyes are like 50% unemployed.)
Timber: 16793/15447 > 1346
Cows: 3527/3319 >198
Fish: 3956/3756 > 200
Fruit: 4702/4372 > 330
Grain: 10504/10255 > 249
Tobacco: 1500/1286 > 214
Coffee: 453/415 > 39

Is anything underproduced? If so I guess a few RGOs could be changed. But what about simply increasing Pop demand for these wares? Hell, if we had a risk of famine if we ignored +RGO tech, that'd make sense.

I made some changes to the mod but AI is too dumb for me to test it. It screws up the entire economy and the unemployment raises even with a couple of my tweaks lol
