EXPEDITIONARY FORCE IN SOUTH AFRICA 1836 The Prussian Diplomatic Corps extends our salutations to the Royal Dominion of South Africa. [Moreover, we extend our salutations to Governor-General A. Person and Prime Minister A. Person] We are keenly interested in maintaining close and communicative relations between our countries. First, we wish in this letter to ascertain the intentions of the South African Government relating to the two Boer Republics and the neighbouring Zulu Kingdom. Should the Dominion of South Africa intend to campaign against these states, the Kingdom of Prussia would be very much inclined, in conjunction with the British, to send an expeditionary force to assist South Africa in such an endeavour. Second, we hope to draw the attention of the South African Government to the Ancillon Memorandum regarding Prussia’s overseas interests in Africa and elsewhere. We seek to acquire the region labelled Westafrika, and hope not only to be neighbours but also to maintain most friendly relations with the South African Government. |

We send our greetings to Prussia, its not common in South Africa to have foreign diplomats come and talk about things. So with that in mind we would be more then happy to maintain diplomatic relations. Though to answer your questions: We fully intend on bringing the Boer Republics and the kingdom of Zulu into South African patrimony as those regions, are by consideration of the South African government and most of the world defacto part of South Africa. We wish to make this a definitive thing, sadly we lack the necessary soldier strength to do this. Though with your offer of bringing a Prussian expeditionary force to South Africa we feel this is an achievable aim and ill fully welcome any and all Prussian Expeditionary Forces. Regarding Westafrika, the South African government acknowledges a Prussian claim on the region. Though we we feel a unified South Africa (clarification to be done later) would be a benefit to the world, this is not likely feasible. With this in mind, the South African government will not intervene on Prussian claims moves to colonize the region, as the Prussians seem to be at least interested in fairness with the offer to help us liberate the Boer Republics and Zululand. - Governor General A. Person |

EXPEDITIONARY FORCE IN SOUTH AFRICA 1836 The Prussian Diplomatic Corps is indeed sincere in our hope to work closely with the Dominion of South Africa and is pleased to understand that the South African Government acknowledges our interests in the nearby region of West Africa. Relating to the campaign against the Boer Republics and the Zulu Kingdom, the Prussian General Staff will commence preparations relating to the logistics of such a campaign and will remain in close contact with the South African Government on the subject. |

Great progress made by Dominion of South Africa did not go unnoticed in London. It has been decided that it now has sufficient economy and administration to govern itself. With this message, United Kingdom completes the legal procedures and releases South Africa as an independent state. For the benefit of South Africa, United Kingdom will keep it in it's sphere for the time being and provide with financial subsidies to recompensate for diminished income from the import taxes. An army has been dispatched from North West England bound for South Africa for the temporary use of the newly independent nation. |

The South African government would like to announce our preliminary claimed territory map. ![]() As a clarification of different labels: South Africa - Land owned by South Africa as of the creation of this map Core South African territory - Land considered to be de jure South Africa and any attempts to infringe on this is an act of war. No negotiations Significant South African Claim - Land considered a part of South Africa but, may be able to be negotiated with. Take over without consultation and approval is an act of war. South African Claim - Land considered to be South African but, may negotiate over. Take over with out consultation and approval will result in immediate sanctions and removal of diplomats from your nation as well as the permanent ire of South Africa. Disputed Territory - Land where multiple parties claim, in this instance South Africa and Prussia. Diplomacy will hopefully be used to stop conflict. Portugal - Portuguese African territories Unlabeled- Hostile tribes that should likely be a part of South Africa but, is too far away or far to be justified in claiming. |

As representative of our subject the Republic Of Liberia I shall speak upon their behalf. As long as the South African nation holds true to their goals of "Unify Africa", "Militarize everything". "Assimilate Everything" I do not see a way for the future nation of Liberia to have any interest in helping South Africa to accomplish this. - Official of the American Colonization Society |

![]() Australia greets our cousins in South Africa. We request that South Africa assign their top diplomatic people to create a treaty of mutual defense and friendship between Australia and South Africa. It must be up to us to defend ourselves if the mother country is occupied in other affairs. |

The French government issues a warning to South African government. Perhaps your military leaders weren't aware of French claims on Yoruba states, therefor you might consider settling the issue diplomatically. So far we were prepared to accept South African claims on Portuguese colonies and most of south Africa and central Africa, however if Yoruba states are not given to France we might reconsider our diplomacy towards South Africa. France will give your government some time to consider our offer but be warned that should the offer be denied you will be making an enemy of France. A. PERSON 1890 The great South African statement, Governor-General A. Person, has earned high-esteem within the British Empire as well as internationally. The lengthy tenure of A. Person has seen a string of accomplishments as the Union of South Africa goes from strength to strength. Memories of the time when His Excellency welcomed the Prussian Expeditionary force in Cape Town are fondly recalled in Berlin. The work, Politicians of All Time has been read by the German Diplomatic Corps; the book offers keen insights into the many decisions that Governor-General A. Person has made over his far-reaching political career. |

HAUSORDEN VOM WEIßEN FALKEN 1900 In recognition of the accomplishments of the Union of South Africa in bringing the light of Western Civilisation and the truth of the Christian religion to the backward and pagan peoples of the Dark Continent, the German Empire is pleased to bestow upon His Excellency Governor-General A. Person the Order of the White Falcon [Hausorden vom Weißen Falken]. ![]() The Order of the White Falcon This established chivalric order, known also as the Order of Vigilance, has been awarded over the centuries to some of the most esteemed generals and politicians. Over a lengthy tenure His Excellency A. Governor-General A. Person has subdued wayward negro tribes, has overseen remarkable economic growth in the Cape, and has all the while retained the enduring love of his people. It is, indeed, a privilege for any to know the venerable Governor-General. It is thus with deep admiration and respect that we present His Excellency with the Order of the White Falcon. |
