The Texas matter USA fully supports the independence of Texas. We demand Mexico to stand down or there will be consequenses. The colonial matter in America USA views all the uncolonized states as our own. With the exception of United Kingdom's Canadian claims. The Pacific matter USA is pledged to protect Hawaii from any foreign attempts of conquest. We view a portion of the Pacific islands as ours, a buffer against the Europeans. We also want to have peaceful terms with Japan. The South-American matter USA will fully support the development of all the South-American nations. We will especially focus on Brazil, Colombia and Chile. The USCA matter USA protects the USCA until better terms with Colombia or Mexico are met. The African colonial matters Our loyal protectorate of Liberia will be looked forward to develop and reach the level of any other western nation. We will help them to reach this and more European concerns USA won't get involved in European business as long as the Europeans won't get involved in America's business. WIP and maybe I'll actually get it done for this game lol |

The Federal Republic of Mexico would like to inform the United States of America that the territory of Texas is simply in open rebellion after a long record of blatantly disregarding mexican laws. We do not know how things are done in America, however, rebellion against the state is dealt with accordingly. The United States of America has no valid claim to the rest of the continent, and their ideals of 'manifest destiny' have caused Mexico much and more. Mexico would not like to have conflict with the USA, however, if they shall not listen to reason, then we will have no choice but to engage further into diplomatic stress and it very well shall lead to conflict if the USA does not listen to mexican reasoning. -Antonio López de Santa Anna, 'Napoleon of the West' |

The Russian Empire has contacted the American diplomats with a deal over the lands of Alaska, while we currently are in no position or willingness to sell the land, it does not mean that it will forever more stay so and as such we believe that we can sell the land when the time is right. The only land which has ports in the Pacific which Russia has ambitions on is the coastal region of Port Arthur and upper Manchuria. – His Imperial Majesty, Nicholas The First, The Emperor and Autocrat of All the Russias |

![]() The Australian government assures the United States that there will be little to any overlap on our claims in the Pacific. We strongly feel that a peaceful solution between the United States, Australia, Japan, and the United Kingdom will be beneficial to all parties in the division of Pacific Islands |

The Brazillian government would again like to make calls for a ceasefire, and diplomatic resolution to the ongoing Mexican-American war loss of life on both sides in a futile conflict is something that makes the Brazilian people very uneasy.

Texas was to remain as an independent state. The fact the USA agreed to such a term with Texas is highly insulting, and claiming that California, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico are anything but free and rightfully Mexican is the lowest of the low. The USA will only just destroy the heritages of these states if allowed to rule them, just like they are doing with Texas. With regards to the USCA, it was long held by the mexican government that we did not see the USCA as a legitimate country. Any deals the Americans made with a rebellious state is no concern of ours, however, we returned to our war with them and the USA gets needlessly involved, declaring war on Mexico. Thus, in terms of the treaty, one could argue that the USA invalidated it and is to blame. USA simply supported the USCA because they supported war with Mexico. If the USA does not realize, Mexico will not tolerate such flagrant abuse of the continent, and will not stand the USA thinking it can dominate our policies. Mexico will regard the Yanks not paying the sum agreed upon as a breaking of an international treaty, however, that is probably no concern of yours, with the sporadic support of the United Kingdom. Clearly anglo ties run deep, and as such republic of Mexico sees no end to this conflict until the USA recognizes Mexico's ultimate jurisdiction in Latin America. We will be willing to accept American supremacy in Texas(barring the provinces of El Paso and Laredo) however, anything past that shall only lead to more war and strife. |

The Empire of Brazil sends greetings to the United States. We request immediate financial assistance, as our integration into the American markets has begun a economic recession. With the build-up of the Imperial Army and lowering prices of Brazilian exports, we estimate 2-4 years before we are forced to declare bankruptcy. We hope the United States, a diplomatic ally in the region will heed our call. Signed, Brazilian Diplomatic Corps |

The Spanish crown is prepared to peacefully cede the isle of Cuba to the domain of The United States for the African colonial states of Timbuktu, Mauritania, and Inner Mauritania. We understand that the American government as before responded negatively to such an offer, but it's worth making an official proposition. If The United States truly wishes to turn to war in achieving its goals, than I suppose there is much to be said. Have a pleasant day, and may you find God before the end. Signed, His Majesty King Alfonso XII of Spain and Portugal.
