The Republic of Mexico would like to engage with the Brazilian Embassy in private channels(possibly Teamspeak or Steam) if you are willing. As the two largest successors of the iberian empires, we feel a special bond between our two people, and feel we have much to gain from further interest in each other's states.

We would like to hear back from the Brazilian Embassy as soon as possible, and wish you a fine day.

Colombia wishes for an alliance and/or a NAP. We would also like an agreement on the borders: Obviously we want all Gran Colombia territory and would like to know if Brazil is okay with letting us have it.

Chile, while Brazil wishes to have a dialogue with you we do not believe it is in our best interests to be in any way 'Allied' if you wish to propose something privately that may change the Brazilian governments mind please do so (Steam/Teamspeak)

Mexico, your message is received and Brazil approves and would also like to see co-operation between our two great nations.

Columbia, Brazil has no issue with you taking the lands that are rightfully yours, indeed we support your claim to the Gran-Columbia region. We do not believe an alliance is in our interests but we will agree to a NAP pending further discussing (steam/teamspeak)

The US government happily informs our full support for the Brazilian plan of South-American stabilization. We will be following closely to see it's fulfillment.
The US government would also like to present a small token for Brazil's efforts so far. Please accept this £100k.

REGARDING THE RHINELAND
1847

The Prussian Diplomatic Corps thanks the Brazilian Foreign Service for their expression of support for the formation of the North German Confederation.

It is indeed a sad occurrence when thoughtful and public diplomacy is set asunder by sudden aggression and secret alliances, as was the case with regards to the Rhineland, and much else in French foreign policy. That revealing one’s goals, engaging in honest dialogue and aiming for balanced continental politics should be a detriment to a nation’s success is a sorry critique of international affairs today and is certainly, we feel, an obstacle to full diplomatic participation on the whole.

In our general view, when nations feel it is their right to rudely intrude in matters in which they have made no indication of interest or intent, it hardly makes for a climate of diplomacy and negotiation. This is our principal grievance with international affairs to date. The smash and grab technique, while effective, is also a significant drawback that makes international dialogue less worthwhile.

The Federal Republic of Mexico would like to report to the Brazilians that this war is of no fault to Mexico, but of the Anglos, and their severe disrespect for Mexican claims. Texas has long been our cultural land, before the USA even existed, and we were both colonial nations. We do not trust the USA to respect the treaty lines, as they have already annexed the republic of Texas. We ask that Dalas, Austin, and San Antonio be returned to the Republic of Mexico, or armed conflict will be inevitable until these lands have been returned.

The US government is slightly worried of the Emperor's mentality. Brazil comes and judges the wars in North-America, while having plans of massive expansion on their own, which has partly taken place already. That being said, we encourage Brazil to focus on their own business for now.

Brazil judges senseless war where process and diplomacy could resolve the issue at hand. It is however true that Brazil plans to expand for stability in the region it is however clear that there is no diplomatic process which could be made to ensure stability. The Peoples of South America are different to those of the north america and neither situation is directly comparable to the other. So no parallel can be drawn.

Australia sends greetings to the Emperor of Brazil. We also hope for peace between the United States and Mexico.

Australia is curious of Brazil plans on expanding west into the Pacific Ocean and hopes that we will not experience any overlapping claims.

We thank the Empire of Brazil for his welcoming message, we assure you that Dutch Guayana will for the majority of time be free of a Garrison and for Brazil not to worry. We would prefer it if Brazil could do likewise and keep our border ungarrisoned, any large movement of troops in this area without notification to the Dutch Government would be seen as provocation.

THE SCHLESWIG WAR
1856

The Kingdom of Prussia extends our gratitude to the Empire of Brazil for the generous participation of the Brazilian Navy in the Schleswig War. The successful transatlantic voyage is no doubt a source of pride for the Admiralty in Rio de Janeiro.

Economic ties between our countries grew stronger with Brazil’s show of solidarity with Prussia in the recent war. The Kingdom of Prussia hopes to continue to work closely with the Brazilian Government on matters of common interest.

It has come to our intention that Brazil has moved in and acquired the Kongo, a state South African claim. Yet since we have recently found out that this operation was ok'ed by the PM while the Emperor was away on vacation in London we are will to forgive Brazil for this. Though we ask the the Brazilian government sells us the region of the Kongo. If the Brazilian government agrees to this we would be happy to help them out in the future.
