France supports Baroda's independance, provided, of course that any expansion is with the consent of Great Britain.

Baroda would agree to sign a fair treaty to release the Indian cores from British and French control in order to form India and then return much of that land back. Baroda will not submit a formal request, as it supposes that France and the UK have specific regions they want in mind.

England would like to remind the Berodan state that although they have our full support we also hope to have theirs. Our alliance would be, if continued from this point forward, unconditional and on par with the English to Canadian alliance

The Persians would be happy to cooperate as how the Barodan's suggested, with our share of Indian core provinces.

If a treaty is agreed upon, Baroda will be a reliable ally for the United Kingdom and Canada

:BIJAP: Japan proposes that it be given a portion of the territory in India after it being formed. Japan is the dominant power in the region, and could cure any feelings of unease of India trying to dominate the world through sheer manpower.

Japan hopes to be a good friend of India.

(Desired states: South Bengal, and whatever that state is that connects to burma)
