England, Canada, and Japan will guarantee American reunification with their southern states by agreeing not to join in on the side of the CSA ever again. England will transfer the province of Bahamas to USA. Canada will return the island of Cuba to USA. England will pay the American Government 1.5M as compensation for its colonies and previous war efforts. The USA will transfer all previous Portuguese colonies in American possession to England. USA will transfer all previously Sokoto provinces into Canadian possessions including the territory of Bornu. USA will transfer the island of Hawaii into Japanese possession. Note this treaty does not forbid the USA from colonizing any part of the world, should they wish they may still attempt Penalty for breaking the treaty is giving back the land they received (only that treaty breaker) from USA 15 infamy and 150 prestige [x] [x] [x]:BICAN:[x] |
