The ambassador of the Portuguese republic welcomes any to her door. The intentions of the state are such: Maintaining, and growing colonies. All current and neighboring regions are claimed by the Portuguese government and colonial borders can be settled with our esteemed neighbors in private discussions. Lukewarm relations with our European neighbors, and spreading communist ideals. Warming relations with the former colonial nations in the Americas, Industrializing and finally modernizing the nation to keep up with the rest of the world. |

The President of the United States is glad to hear the Porteguese leader is turning a page on the past and ready to begin warming relations with Latin America. While we would like to point out the Monroe Doctrine agreed to by UK and USA limiting European involvement in the Americas to a purely economic and human rights interference, and not one of violence.

Portugal understands these concerns and has no interests in reabsorbing her former colonies, and respects the UK and USA's policies.

Austria would like to ask Portugal if they would like an industrial investment agreement. To boost the industrial ability of the Portuguese beyond the current finances locally available. In return Austria would ask for a mutual unconditional defensive alliance. We understand if Portugal is not interested but would also understand if Portugal was to desire a different arrangement in return for industrial investment other than a defensive alliance. We await your reply. ~ Eisenblutberg |
