If the Czar ever wishes to change his mind about Alaska and have the territory be sold, USA hopes to be contacted about such a change so that we can make a noble offer.

Greetings to the most benevolent and merciful Czar. The Kingdom of Sweden wishes to re-unite with our Finnish brothers across the border, and are willing to offer terms for this to happen. We offer an eternal unconditional defensive alliance, conditional offensive alliance, and the transfer of all Swedish/Scandinavian provinces in Africa to the Russian monarchy. |

The king sends his must humble greetings. He wishes to explain that he did not mean offense through his claims but would like to extend a hand to russia in friendship. Austria offers to never press these claims and support your protection of these free states of Serbia and Montenegro. Additionally in tandem with this Austria would like to offer an unconditional defensive alliance, with the interest of supporting peace in eastern europe and stability for the borders of Austria and Russia. The King hopes that if the glorious empire of Russia would accept that our two nations would become long term defenisive allies, protecting each others territorial integrity. ~ Eisenblutberg |

The Kaiser would like to voice his excitement at the prospect of a Polish Congress. We feel that such a buffer between our two nations would be mutually beneficial. The Kaiser is prepared to sign an agreement with Russia guaranteeing the boarders of the Polish Congress and to assist Russia in putting down further Polish Nationalism. Is the Czar amenable to such an agreement?

:BITUR: The Sultan and Consulate of the Ottoman Empire greet the most Radiant and Brilliant Czar of the Russian Empire, and wishes him the most prosperous of rules and the best of health. We offer the Czar the ability to create a Russian Embassy in Istanbul. We of the Ottoman Empire are very eager to maintain close and friendly relations with our northern neighbour. To this effect, we shall agree with the Russian Embassy and condemn the Austrian attempts to annex Serbia and Montenegro. We shall also recognise completely the Russian claims in Central Asia and the Steppes. With this firm in hand, we would like to offer the Russian Empire an agreement over our mutual borders and a non-aggression pact for the near future, at least until such a time as Egypt is satisfactorily reclaimed by the Ottoman Empire. We hope that this is an attractive proposal for the Czar. On one final note, we feel that it is best that our Islamic brothers in Persia should remain free of the Russian sphere of influence, and either free of influence altogether, or as part of an Islamic union with the Ottoman Empire. We do not, however, have any intentions whatsoever on compromising our well-recognised border with Persia, if that is a potential concern to the Russian Empire. ![]() |

*The French Ambassador presents his credentials to the Winter Palace in Sankt Patersburg* France sends greetings to His Imperial Majesty Nicholas I. France recognises all current Russian claims and accepts Russian protection over those certain lands deemed of cultural and strategic importance by your government. We will not interfere in your policies of isolationism, and would be willing to sign a treaty of non-interference and neutrality under terms mutually acceptable to France and Russia. We regret that issues with Austria have preoccupied French diplomats of late, and we hope that Russia will soon grace Paris with a new ambassador as well.

Mighty Tsar of Russia, We would like to send you greetings and well wishes. Although we are a small nation we too have dreams of uniting and protecting our people. We hope you well in your endeavors and hope that we can discuss trade and cooperation at any point you see fit. Right now we can only offer you our friendship. Thank you,

Thank for making your concerns known to us. Europeans in control of islands just a few miles from our heartlands is totally unacceptable. As are lone ports in the middle of territory under our protection from which you could launch attacks at any moment. Russian occupation of northern Asia can be tolerated however we cannot accept Russian expansion into lands nonadjacent to their current holdings. Especially lands within our defensive perimeter.

President Van Buren would like to make a formal offer for Alaska as an attempt to try and diffuse recent tensions growing in the North Pacific. USA will offer 2 million pounds (to be paid at the end of the first and second sessions, any not able to be paid by end of first session must be paid by the end of the second session or USA will face an additional million pounds interest for every session this debt is not paid) in addition to the event sum, for the purchase of Alaska at the time of it's event firing. We hope this generous offer will grant some appeasement to the mighty Czar.

America and Japan have decided to rescind all claims that contradict with Russian claims. America will no longer claim Alaska. Japan will no longer attempt to interfere with claim Port Arthur, (other island), Xinjiang, and Mongolia. Russia, USA, and Japan will all sign in a non aggression pact as well to solidify this, all of this will last two sessions, (pretty sure that's the max length of these deals anyways right?). I will draft up a treaty and hopefully it can be signed by all parties.

America humbly requests the Russian Czar take us off their block lists (steam and probably blood and iron if you haven't been getting my Private Messages), we formally apologize for the way we have treated you in past campaigns. Hopefully in the future I will do better at keeping a cool head during times of war and conflict.
