Persia seeks the way back to getting a status of Empire recognized by the entire World. In this quest we will rely on strong and disciplined army. Our Emperor is just and fair and we will look to work closely with our neighbors.
Our nation has survived a long and painful process of westernizing emerging stronger and tougher than ever.
The war against Spain proved that our people are no longer afraid, even though we fought what was once a European Superpower.
Emperor will consider every offer claiming that everyone with good intentions will be considered as potential partner.

USA will keep it's opportunistic alliance with Persia for now, however we suggest Persia work on garnering friendship with Russia or someone more near Persia who can help protect Persian sovereignty and interests more immediately than USA could.

Portugal has drafted a treaty for the currently ongoing deal that awaits Persia's approval. If you have any specifics you wish to be changed (the penalty, etc) please bring it to our attention.

The Sultan of the Ottoman Empire greets and salutes our Muslim brothers in Persia. It is a subject of immense pride for all Islamic nations to welcome another to the prominence of the world stage.

We should like to offer Persia an investment fund of £500 000, as a token of our respect and good will.

Her Majesty's government greets the new ruler of Persia. The United Kingdom would like to discuss the possibility of a non-aggression pact between our two great nations. There's no need of hostility in the borderlands between British Raj and Persia, only to bring hardship to the common man. We hope that the Persian Shah agrees that peace is for the best of both parties.

Persian diplomats have been guided from the country due to threat by the public. Spain wants to let Persia know that they will not back down from the only claim left to Spain. Decades of war and a permanent enemy has been made by the foolish actions of Persia.

America condemns the hostile rhetoric coming from Spain towards the emerging westernized nation of Persia. While we still insist Persia finds an alliance with Russia or UK or France, if nothing else USA pledges to protect Persia from Spanish aggression if none of the closer powers are willing to do so.

Draft the treaty and Persia will sign it, however we would like to know for how long do we have to keep liberals in power, it is costing our country quite some money.
As for penalties they are not necessary, we consider Portuguese government trustworthy.

It seems that Spain has problems realizing that we are not in medieval era anymore, the era in which she was one of the European Superpowers, once feared Spanish Armada is just a bunch of floating logs.
Spain has proven to be incompetent of maintaining colonies they once controlled and perhaps they will be wise to see that their army and navy simply isn't up to date.
Our intention wasn't to create a permanent enemy of your country, but simply to test our might and compete in colonization like gentleman do. Spain should accept the defeat and move on, use it as a learning experience instead of making enemies.

If American ships weren't there to protect Persian boys posing as soldiers, they would of been annihilated. After decades of peace the Spanish government intends to rapidly expand its obsolete fleet. Persia better make deals to protect Liberia otherwise they will be sent back to the abyss of the world.
