Russia condemns strongly Japanese abuses in Manchuria and Eastern Siberia over Chinese and Russian civilians, along with representative minorities like Koreans and Mongols.

Japan must be aware that Russia won't allow this to continue and can expect military retaliation all the way back to their homeland.

Russian troops are massing towards the east front to push Japanese rapers and murderers back to their holes.

The Spanish experts have examined Russian documents and find them to be flawed. All talks of crimes against humanity by the Japanese are simply propaganda attacks.

As a neutral party the Mexican Government offers to send criminal investigators to the war zone to investigate any accusations of crimes committed by any party.

Britain would like to remind the Russian government that this is a state of war, and one should be careful to cry 'war crime' upon their enemy lest their enemy reciprocate. No government would be seen positively if held accountable for the actions of their soldiers in the heat of battle.
