The Comrade Lenin has been deposed and a new president now rules the old empire. Now a democracy, Russia has changed guns for papers on an attempt to keep government changes unbloody and regular (every 4 years now, instead of every 2 years before). The Austro-Hungarians would like to extend a warm greeting to the Great Democratic Nation of Russia. The Minister for Administration is intrigued by your new ideas and would like to confer with some of your leaders about the tenets of your government. We hope to further co-operation as this interesting development in the east continues.
