Prussia and Denmark agree that the time for hostilities is over and the Schleswig-Holstein Question must be answered. Through mutual agreement the territory of Holstein must pass to Prussia before the end of the first session and the territory of Schleswig must pass to Prussia before the end of the second session. Further the two nations agree to a unconditional defensive alliance and conditional offensive alliance based on mutual consent. And Prussia must always answer calls to war from Denmark concerning the assertion of their claim over the lands of Sweden. Henceforth may breaking this treaty result in a penalty of 50 prestige, 10 infamy and £100,000 from the offender to the victim. |

Denmark signs this treaty, but still wishes Prussia to consider Prussia to split the title of the Duchy of Holstein, and remember the Danish speaking peoples. ((Pretty much just wait until dividing provinces be doable, if it can't, then that demand can be left under the rug)) |

The splitting of states between two nations angers the gods and causes them to throw our whole world out of sync, not to mention having each nation have a port is gamey and easily exploited when allowed. |

(((Splitting states with an edit introduces a bug where the game crashes when you leave back to the main menu. It makes further editing and play testing a nightmare. We don't know why this happens. On a secondary concern, splitting and joining states is a pretty work intensive thing compared to just transferring states.))) |
