Hi I am about to start a whole new website with short independant Flash animation series. I am planning to stick to pure HTML and JPG's. The links/buttons that I want to start with are: Home, Episodes/Toons/Cartoons and Contact. Very simple in the beginning. My idea was to make a statcounter ( http://www.statcounter.com ) to keep a track of my visitors. Also I am planning to upload some episodes to Youtube, and write the name of the website and (Copyrigh 2008 [my name]) in the end of each episode. Is there anything you can recommend me to be aware of when starting such website to: * Protect my art and content * Keep a good track of incoming visitors * Promote my site making it easier to find I appreciate every hint, as I am new in this business. Best Regards
I would just use .BMP even if that is higher in size than .JPGS
some pointers to think about when making your website
*Apperance(eye catching)
*Audience
*Easy Navigation
etc...
if you need help coding and all that id love to help, becuase im currently looking for employment as a Juniour Web Developer, and id definetly use CSS its alot easier!
