Natural Clock; waking up at the same time sharp

Has anyone done this before??
You fall asleep and wake up at a precise time (no clock alarms involved) for days, months, or even years?
And when I say sleep I dunt mean passing out in a beer drinking party and waking up the following afternoon in a dumpster.
But just going to sleep like usual at 10, 11, 12, 1...whatever

For me, I dunt have a definite time for sleeping.
Sometimes I sleep at 10, sometmes at 1, but I always manage to wake up at 6:00 A.M sharp (no I didn't use an alarm my alarm is set to 7:00A.M)
I know this because, and I've been doing this for years, when I wake up I'd immediately look at this time, and it'd always be 6:00 A.M
No matter how deeply I sleep, my eyes would snap open at 6:00 A.M sharp
which can be annoying because sometimes i'd be dreaming 'bout a babe whos just about to strip her thong off and then my eyes snap open and right in front of me is my alarm showing the 3 big red numbers "6 00"
and I'd go like "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww man~"

Recently I just moved from Vancouver to Montreal for university and it's a 3 hour elapse time.
Today my eyes snapped open at 9:00 sharp
Figures...It is 3 hours later than the time in Vancouver >>
which can be bad because I have a class at 8:35 :yfok:

Has anyone done the same thing??
A Japanese comic once talked about this thing and through translation it's called "Natural Clock"
What's the english name for it??
And how does the human body work to allow someone to wake up at a certain time second to second??

yeah, Alot of people believe in internal clocks, where if you randomly wake up several times at a certain time, you'll continuously wake up at that same time. I do that, at one time I was programmed for 5 in the morning, never knew why, just happened, and i remember because when I was young and on saturday's I would always watch cartoons, and i'd always wake up at the same time, right before they started.

its something called "biological clock" for being precise, its when your body gets used to wake up at certain hour when its fully recharged

yeah, being an insomniac, that def. applies, i went to bed at 4 am, and no matter what i would wake up at 6 am. even if i wrote my mother a sick note to get out of going to school that day. it sucked.

yeah that happens to me as well.....It also happens throughout the day when im wondering what time it is....Normally when i take a guess, i'm 10 to 15 minutes off....I guess i'll have to work on that.....

Oh Sigfried- A Biological Clock is something that only a woman has....It's a time frame in which they can have children....When women reach a certain age, they're unable to procreate....That's why when you hear women talking about children or if they have any, you always hear someone in the group say " Well Becky you know that biological clock is ticking!" meaning you better hurry the hell up before your body can't....

yeah thats happened to me alot. especially during the night when its like about 6 in morning, every night over the course of a week. weird. its like the film Amytiville Horror or the Shining (i think) where the killer dude or something scary happens at that time evry night.

Try this, u might be surprised, it worked for me.

just before going to sleep, bang ur head on the pillow like 8 times and u will wake up 8hrs later. so say u go to bed at 12 and u want to get up at 10am, bang ur head 10 times. each bang = 1hr or u might wake up on the time equivalent to the nimber of bangs, like u bang ur head 8 times u wake up at 8.

I no it sounds really weird, but it has worked for me lol. It might not work for everyone, especially those who have extremely weird sleeping patterns.

it might be something to do with ur subconsious knowing when to wake up, or ur body clock knowing. i dunno.

try it. it worked for me before, so if it doesnt work for u dont come saying im full of shit. lol

i sleep anywhere. ive slept on a bench press, on top of a PS2 box, on the toilet , in a bath, a shower, on a bathroom floor hugging the toilet (really drunk and was puking :yfok: ), ,against a radiator, on buses, trains, cars and planes, i think thats it. lol

(a bath is really comfortable to sleep in, no water of cousre, so if ur at a house party and there are no free beds, sleep in the bath lol)

Btw, all the real obscure ones like a bench press, ps2 box, shower etc, were all due to a little sedative called "drink" and lots of it lol. but always look for the bath.

I can sleep anywhere, anytime. Which is good, since I work at night, and go to school during the day. It makes life easier to not have to readjust every time. It just sucks that I have trouble sleeping at night sometimes. I've never had trouble sleeping during the day...which has gotten me in some trouble with teachers... ;)

My favorite place to sleep is on a bus. Even when I was a chronic insomniacm something about the movement always put me right out. Same thing on a plane, especially if there's turbulence. Is that weird?

BTW, I think the thing that wakes you up is called the Internal Clock, whereas biological clock is how fast you age.
