Wecome to the actionscripting forums! *finally...* Before you do stuff here, there's just a couple of things you need to know. This is just another forum, and as we all know, forums have rules. We have to follow them, just like you do, so we can't be bad either. Basically, they are as follows: 1. Please, keep swear/bad/curse/cuss words to a minimal level. 2. No Naughty stuff (includes pictures of people doing bad stuff) 3. No Spam (includes spam topics and posts) 4. No Flaming. Basically they're the same as the rules located Here. So don't be bad, or else lemon wee will whisk you away with her magic spells and invite you to a tea party with auld sage... *shudders* Regarding the suggestions thread, that is ALL it should be used for, no more, no less. If we mods have a comment we will add one, but we would prefer it if it was just jused for suggestions, not an essay of 'what's this' and 'where's the next suggestion'... ok? thanks. Also, it would be good if people could just like get together like 2 or 3 thoughts each on what they'd like to know how to do in actionscript, and then we'll base the lessons around working up to those things, etc, and in addition to that just some basic stuff. At some stage we may introduce an AS competition weather that be monthly or twice monthly (not weekly, too short an interval). Maybe i could organise adam to offer some prize incentives? I think that's it for now, any comments from chungus or markham? (ps this post will be pinned and maybe locked, so please no-one else post) |
