So, my friend was telling me about her dream... "Um. I'm in a corridor. It's got wood paneling (can't spell) and um the floor's wood of course. So. To my right is this glass door, like completely glass cept for the handle. So I look in, and it's a birthday party for a baby. So, for some reason, I go in and play with the baby. And then I leave. There's only one more door. You must remember it's only a corridor. So I walk down the corridor to the other door. There are...three kids. In this big room, like a conference room in a 5 star hotel or something, with this one solitary pillar in the whole room. There are nothing but these gigantic king-sized mattresses everywhere. No sheets or anything. No bedframe. Some of them still have the plastic on. So then I look to my left. And um the kids are jumping on the mattress and they're like come and play so I go okay and then I'm jumping with them. Then all of a sudden I see this shadow under the door and I dive under a mattress, this one's against the pillar. And I remember that it felt like my head was being squished, because, well, there wasn't much space under the mattress. So then I hear the kids' mother come in and start yelling at them, that they're grounded forever, no tv, no cheese (no kidding), no nothing. Then she leaves. And then I wake up." Does anyone know what it means? |

Walking down a corridor is a very common image. Was it dark or well lit? And I wouldn't worry about the cheese thing, its probably just a random thought her sleep addled brain came up with. Kinda funny though...

Good thing your not a phsyciatrist! It most likely that she has a subconcious wish to be celbrated and not punished but she hides this so the dream comes to represent it. See Im good.
