One of my older things. The symbols are sarus. You have to turn the pic upside-down to understand it.

A character I've been working on. I call him Theo.

Might i suggest maybe seeing how thiner lines on the road would look? Because right now they are thicker than the lines on the trees, and well idk

just see how it looks

I like the effect of the moonlight coming in through that middle tree.

One little thing i might suggest is lower the saturation or of the dirt- or maybe just darken it. It seems to stick out a bit against the dark trees.

That's hilarious, Rubberhead! :D

Suggestions? Hmm... perhaps give Eve a slightly more feminine form and draw the individual toes on her feet... the uni-toe looks a little creepy. :P

Oh, and add fuzzyillogic's slogan to it in small letters somewhere (perhaps in the corner below Eve)!

I was trying to mess around with the filters in photoshop, but I couldn't get them to work. Determined to finish it, I just dove in with the brush tool.

The background is intense and the colors go very well together. Good use of the brush; I like the solid "cell shaded" look. The eye that's partially concealed by the hair is freaking me out, but I like it as a whole. Is that you?

Thanks for the comments. And yeah, c'est moi. I think that's the first picture of myself I've ever posted here.
And the eye is freaking me out too, now. It looks like I have longer bangs on one side, which I assure you is not so. I'll try'n fix it up, but even in the original picture that eye is hidden.

Edit: I changed the picture around a bit.

it's a toon drawing, so the eyes shouldn't matter all that much. The things that stood out to me the most are his right foot, unless his shoe is extra loose and the top is sliding down, the shoe isn't angled properly. And the fist is definately off. Try to exaggerate the knuckles then just have the side of the thumb jut out and fold under the knuckles.

Posted Image

The hair is also odd. I understand you're going for a stylised look, but the big spike on the left sticks out way to far and high for it's weight. Now he may use alot of hair gel and spray, but all the same, it wouldn't smoothly hang there.

That's all I can say really, Hope I was of some help.

Edit: I think you might want to ignore my fist post, because it doesn't go with the perspective of his body at all (the one i drew). The principles apply though, exaggerate the knuckles and bring the thumb under them, so that you get a nice view of it's center-joint.

The pose is looking a bit stiff. Try using more arches, and avoid the pelvis and shoulder line to be paralell in the construction lines. Something like this maby:

oh and Monsieur Rat. you forgot to make the knuckles folow the arch

I noticed that afterwards as well. It was just trying to show what i meant by the knuckles being exagereated more, and the thumb foling inwards. And your curve is actually a little extreme on the knuckle, you might want to see a doctor is your knuckles are that sloped :P

Hehe. Yeah, you're right. the curve is way to extreme on the hand I did^^
*looking at my own hand* Half or even less that curve should do it.
Thanx Mrat=)

Some girly faces scribeled in ASP. They look a bit to similar to my older ones, so I should try to vary it more next time:

Those are great Com. I admire people who can draw girls so much, because I can't at all. On a side note... ASP? Alias Sketch Pook? :P Never heard of ASP, but I'm no art software guru.

I like that one a lot Rubber, nice depth
Those characters are really nice Comlock, specially the first one; I also liked the "girls" you sketched in ASP, you should make a character design tutorial :P
