Posts: 1,521 Group: MotM Member #2,282 Joined: February 6, 2006	that's cool! the colours are slightly brighter than in the ref though, Im not sure exactly how you go about mixing the colours in oil pastels, iv avoided them after a rather annoying incident with an orange. So congrats to you for being brave and skilled enough to use the annoying little things and pull it off

I entertained the thought of glowing eyes, but I wanted it to look eerier like a forgotten creature of the deep, not something supernatural. In fact, for the large part of the process there where no eyes, just dark shadows in that area. I thought about keeping it that way, but I wanted to at least suggest the eyes. so I did.
