Nice lighting and rendering in this one, man. The snow works especially well. My critique would be mostly of your composition. It doesn'ts seem like it was thought through. What was your intention regarding it? Overall, I see improvement in your work. Keep it going! |

Well i kinda wanted to keep it a secret so people would have something to look foward too when i actully completed it but here is my origianl sketch for this peice.  Haha yeah i have considered that the sword is extremly big were it stands I wanted to focal point to be on the sword. |

the flow of that image makes it seem like a much more vast landscape than what it seems you originally intended... don't get me wrong though...everything in it is incredible. once i get my computer up and running i might just use that as my desktop wallpaper. |

I think the frame feels a little claustrofobic, I'dd show some more sky and slice off the sides. I'dd also shift the lightsource slightly to the left. It's probably a little hazy in there, so you might add some subtle sunrays.  Offcourse you'll get a more square image, your call. a LOT improvement in this one BTW

ive added the sky to the picture. I do still need to work more on my clouds but i knew when i got them in and the sky in there the picture would look much better and i think it does. Thats a good idea rubber i should have showed more of the sky and less of the sides. The sunrays are a excelent idea ill have to experiment and see if i cant make it happen! Also Rubber If it wasnt for you helping me and supplying me with all those sites i would have no improvement!!! Ill say it till you absolutly tell me to shut the hell up haha thank you thank you thank you rubber! My final if i get to it tonight will be to get the sword done and in. |

Yeah with the sky in it's really shaping up nicely. Can't wait to see this one finnished, it will be like a Christmas present for the Daily Sketch thread

Last night I had reoccurring images of demons. i attempted to draw them today.  The background is unfinished.. but i have great ideas for it. I only lack the skill. So I take time.
