I need a gun to keep myself from harm
The poor people are burning in the sun
But they ain't got a chance
They ain't got a chance
i need a gun
Cos all I do is dance
Cos all I do is dance

Love that song has so much meaning to it.

"It is about the sacrifice of youth, while everyone consumes. It isn't just America but everybody. No one wants to fight they just want to live. "

Being in Colombia was fun I got to see my fair share of things. However as much violence and guns there are in the world their still so much good in this world that is worth defending. Were all human beings and there is no changing that.

Here is my personal quote: "I don't believe it is history that repeats itself, it's humanity that chooses to repeat history."

What made me draw this sketch was not just the song, but what I saw on a daily basis in Colombia. It's kinda like that in a lot of other places in the world. I really worry and wonder what the youth will be like in future generations to come. So I made this sketch and drew lots of sketches of my uncle's jeep inside and out because that was OUR only mode of transportation the whole time in Colombia. I don't know why, but riding in a Jeep in a third world country listening to the demon days album is well..... Chillaxing

Also I want to show off my dad's cousin gift he made for me :D The Famous Charles who wishs he could come to USA and kick ass and take names. I miss you man hope I'll see you some day on my side of the lawn. - Peace

Funny how your user name is muzzoid

I want zoid! Now! :bitey:

Still great job on the speed painting if anything I have one question. How did you do it. Like next time break down your steps. Cause I really would like to know how you did it. So I can do it myself. Then I wont have to bother you about zoids. Keep up those killer skills

I could provide you with a walkthrough, but the truth is that it wont help you much at all and would probobly end up being more detrimental than helpful to you.

Why i say this is that art is not about a specific series of steps to get there.
Im always experimenting with different ways of starting a pic, but the style of my pictures tends to stay the same.

In other words to be able to do this you need to practice, and learn on your own, do studies, do speedpaints. You will only get there through a personal development of your art style.

This is probobly the best thing for you to read to get my point across :).

I hear what your saying muzzoid.

If I ever want to speed paint like you ill just have to work at it and practice and make my own unique sense of awesomeness. Pratice Pratice Pratice and go through what feels right.

Haha thanks im glad you think its freaking crazy : )
I just print the images out, use a light box and put paper on top of the image draw what i want to cut, cut it, spray it , tada. But this was pretty tricky doing these works, it was my first time doing this much layers but I felt it came out pretty good over all. Paper is good material for stencils, easy to cut and you can get good detail with it, but doesnt last long if you are gonna do more then one spray with the stencil, but really thin cardboard is my fav its solid and not to hard to cut.

I hope this is alright, I'm not very satisfied with the bottom part of Mario and the top part of Luigi. Any comments/criticism?

The Brothers yall

Personally I don’t see anything massive to wrong with the way you draw them.
We all draw the way we draw

Work on the proportions and body gesture a little more but you’re on the right track. Things like shoulders and elbows and muscle depth would give it more life. There is really no right or wrong answer when it comes art. Also never stop at just one set. Keeping making many various looks and positions on how Mario jumps or what would it look like if he had flower power? (Fire balls)

Facial expressions and tons of things you can put and play around with your sketches.
Warm your self up by making crap sketches and just have fun with it Merry.

I always taught of Luigi to be tall and skinny and secretly a bad ass that does a counterfeit scam in the underground thus why I think he wears green. My doodle tribute to Luigi.
