Hmmm.... either you misread my name or I should feel sad haha.  I was using my cell phone camera. It's got a blue light thingy so that's where the random glow is coming from. And this is charcoal. Charcoal is funnnn.  As far as errors go...I have a nasty habit of diving into the rendering before I get the form correct. I should really stop that especially when I'm spending 3+ hours on a drawing like this. I only really like the face....the rest of the drawing I plugged in towards the end of the last hour and I was getting lazy.  Thanks for da critiques

:lol: aaaw thanks. that cheered me up,cos i'm pretty pissed today,i got a copy of the book i was published in , and they used one of my old pics from like 2002 that i specifically told them not to,now i look like shit compared to all the pro art in the book. i shud sue. |

i'll try and scan it in later. but it pisses me off so much,cos they have my recent art on one page which doesn't have my name credited next to it,until u look at the back of the book ,then 20 pages later they have tis old piece of crap,where my name IS credited,i mean WTF! credit the crap art why don't ya. oh man. anyway i'll scan later.....not sure if the book is out yet,but if u ever come across a book store ,its called *how to draw and sell comics 3rd edition* by alan mckenzie |

The only big mistakes I see is the feet. Other than that I think it looks bloody EXELENT! Good job! how old where you back then 14? wow... you're a wonderchild..

actually i think i might have been late 14, early 15 years old. u like it? i hate it,its stiff,its when i first started digi inking,theres loads wrong with it.i only showed this to the company cos they wanted to see sum of my past work.....but then they go and use it  <_< bah! whatever....i'm working on new art for publication now anyway,this one is on backgrounds and digi painting,and my deadline is the end of this month and i ain't even started. crap! |

Yep its available. it sells in North America,U.k,france,italy and spain. but i don't get any royalties,so don't bother buying it :lol: just read it in the store and get kicked out like me i won't let it get at me,its only the beggining of my *career* in illustration. and i wanna be an illustrator/animator,so i guess i'm a 1/4 of the way there |

Love it TFC. great light shadow FX's! So here's a screeshoot for my new flash movie "Comlocks adventures" Jk. Its a photoshop picture only Ive been trying to make this disney style drawing\rendering test. waaay to timeconsuming making this into a movie =(

Looks great Comlock. I love your style. The lighting however might be a bit too heavy, unless he is in front of a really bright background. (lava?) You might want to brighten it up a bit.

The character colours were brighter before, but I adjusted it darker because it got a more cartoonish\cinematic feel to it The teeths? yea. I forgot to colour them :rolleyes: I was rushing trough it.. :lol: |
