And with the way i drew it's head does look a bit like bitey, doesn't it? It's not meant to be fur, just... not smooth. Maybe like rotten or burnt skin.

Don't do too much detail though if the grass is being viewed from far away....I did that once, it ended up looking really weird. Usually somehting as small as grass dosn't REALLY need to be that complex unless it's important to the scene, anyway, looks good

I dont see any pupil on that one either =P Its a mix of a velociraptor and dragon. ( I was a big fan of jurrasic park when it came to the theatres in 1995)
