In my dream my dad was on the ceiling reinforcing it from the zombie attack...Then my mom came in with cookies and out of the cookies she pulled out a gun and shot my father down she pointed at me and told me to hide the bodie or I will kill you...My dog started sniffing her leg and she looked I grabbed the gun and was telling her to go on the floor and stay there. As she was bending down she grabbed one of those small pistols out of her sock and shot me in the sholder and I couldn't shoot her...So agian she was about to shoot me and my dog jumped on her and he took the shot and yet I still couldn't shoot her. I closed me eyes and I was about to pull the trigger instead I shot my dad and my got the bullet in her theigh(sp) and she just gets up and goes makes more cookies..? Please tell me what this means.. |

How often do you have this dream? If it's more than once, Somethings wrong with you, Or you keep bringing it up in your mind. If it's only this time, Then it's just a random dream, probably something to make you feel bad because you did something. GOD HAS MADE CONSCIENCE!!!!!! |

I have several explanations. This type of dream has happened to a friend of mine. Not the same mind you, but similar. My explanation is that possibly you fear change within your parents, or a type of seperation with them, yet you still love them. Dreams like this are hard to understand because they could mean several things. Some believe dreams to be prophets of that of which is to happen, in which case you may be being warned by your dreams for conflict between your parents or within your family. Where the dog comes in shows other signs as well, dogs have long been known or believed to have a kind of six sense, able to see danger from afar. The protection of you with the dog shows that you two are close, and that it is something you can look to for solace. The cookies and the gun may represent that something strange could happen from nowhere, even if things look alright from the outside. |

hmm..... interpreting..... mayhaps you have a wish, or maybe thoughts of what it would be like if your parents were together...... hum..... I'll think on it... my brain is fried at the moment for school... and my dream from last night needs interpreting itself... (oh, and thanks brackenwoodfire.... that is exactly what I meant on my own dream interpretting thread on here when I said "it might seem a little strange coming from me") |

Sounds like you subconsiously want to leave you're unloving family life. Maybe you should seek councelling. When you have a closer relationship to your dog than to your parents, that could be troubling. Or perhaps it's your mind's way of telling you that you need to improve your spelling and grammar. |

I don't think you can become a "new person" through councelling. Certainly you can be brainwashed, but if it happens without someone trying(ie: in councelling) what does that say about your previous personality? But then again, councelling doesn't always work. Maybe you just need to think about your life or talk to your parents. You can always try to change things for the better. It may not always work, but one things for sure: if you don't try, you'll never know if it could've worked. |

especially when they seem to "know" exactly what it means or how you feel.... which is complete bull... I think they are trained to say things like that.... Ex: (this is a made up simulation of something my friend once went through) Friend: I often dream of flying into trees, the trees start to burn and I find myself being eaten by a lolipop... "professional": You appear to be lacking friendship... Friend: Huh... what do you mea- "professional": I know exactly how you feel.... and it's something all of us feel at one point or another Friend: Right..... can I leave yet? "professional": *shakes head* Friend: Damn.... |
