InFlamE, not bad for 3 weeks practice, the jet could use some lighting and detail to make it more distingushable.

Here's a small little thing I did a few weeks ago in Independant Study, mostly me fooling around.

Thanks. I'm in the process of editing a tutorial on how to make that exact chair, so soon you can make it yourself soon enough if you give it a try (I'm simplifying the steps for beginners but it's a good technique for everyone). :bitey:

Anyway, here is a short little wallpaper I threw together for autumn.

Thanks for the comment Wingsinadream.Yeh I should have done something more special with the plane :) I like your little room :) It reminds me of alittle dollhouse or something. And the Wallpaper is fresh aswell. When I get on the computer at school I can show alittle about what I have done since that plane :)

Wingsinadream, with what renderer did you render that room? in max? .. how? :P

Krob: I used Vray. It's rather expensive but well worth it in my opinion as I can achieve excellent photorealistic renders if I wish, but then go and do abstract without a second's notice. As to how I made the room... Well, I mainly start with boxes and just work my way up modifying it.

Here is a sword I recently made just for fun.

Well if it was for something serious I would have tweaked the lighting but I just made the model to see if I could, and I did, so I'm happy.

Bahahahaha, sure thing.

I use 3ds max 8 and I render most of my models through Vray.

Expensive, yes, but I think it's worth it.

hey inflame dude, loving your 3D room mate. My one crit would be on the floor. It looks kinda rubbery or bouncey. Like a padded cell almost.

You did a good job on making the cushions seem soft and overall the piece is great. Nice lighting. Maybe add a little extra colour in some areas. It all looks a little monotoned. great work

to wings in a dream: Me likesy. Very tokyoplastic.com like. I like your reflections. WOWIES ZOWIE! Ur graphic design is nice too.

That's a massive improvment!

You may want to reduce the specular level on your floors, I think they're still a bit shiny for what they are.

Also, you may want to consider changing your primary light source so that it's got a bit of an orange tint to it.

I'm loving the rug. shag-tastic!

Keep it up!
