Aye. I have v2004 as well, and all the code is there and useable.

Are you sure
Code:

on (release) {
gotoAndPlay (2);
}

(or something like that) doesn't work?

Hmm...

no he means the button tree, ie you open up the actionscript window, and to the left of the coding area there is a tree structure where you can find all of the commands.

You go

Code:

gotoAndPlay("Scene", frame#);

(Include the talking marks around scene, none around the frame number, eg)
Code:

gotoAndPlay("John's House", 56);

and

Code:

getURL("http://www.place.com/url.html", "_parent");

(Include the talking marks around both the scene and the url, eg)
Code:

getURL("http://www.vector-sector.cjb.com/", "_parent");

Ah, I apologize. I still believe I have that, too, though...:huh: Can't remember at the moment how to access it through the toolbars .__.'

yeah, but if you're putting the code on a button you need to type:

Code:

on(release) {

and

Code:

}

around it. eg:

Code:

on(release) {
getURL("http://home.iprimus.com.au/theteam/Munch%20Media/new%20site%20buttons%20and%20stuff/RED.htm", "_parent");
}
