How would make a flash file externally load a window , like the info windows in bitey castle.

i think you would use the load movie command in actionscript...Check it out in the help menu..

Yup, to do that you would put this code somewhere to trigger the load:
loadMovie("whateverYouNamedIt.swf","holder_mc");
Then you would put a movie clip with the instance name holder_mc on the stage where you want the loaded movie to be.

You could also do this by importing the text from a txt or xml file.

Sorry Tordeck that wasn't very helpful of me :( I forgot what the code was myself. Thanks for the help there Jiggy! A good point to note is that you should create a square border the size of the .swf that you're going to load and place it in the empty movieclip. That way you can see it and position where you want the content to load, then remove it when you're ready to lauch it! :bing:
