Alright.... I looked at my riku sprite for a long time... and decided that I really hate what it looks like. and Durring this one day, I found out how to shade. I redid the Riku Sprite from ground up (but I kept the hair  ) so this is what I look like now SOOOO KICK ASS |

Hey i went to that animationmeat.com place from where TheEYE posted about the walt Stanchfield notes, which are great!! and i got one of the sound clips from the practice section and had a quick go at trying to add picture to it. Soup =) Heres what i got so far, what do yous think =)

haha! no. that's the last panel of the comic, and thus the build up of the joke is set by the time that panel comes around. hint: it has something to do with coating a sled with gasoline and lighting it on fire while riding down a hill. well, fuck. now you dont even have to read the comic

OK,I see it now! it's the reflection off the window?If so it might look better with it showing some more around the window in focus. :lol:.You pulled the effect off well though,i wouldn't be able to make it look right

Well, good luck then. I'd recommend drawing them in high res, like the character standing there, and then just blur it a little. Would look alot better IMO. |

Great style and expression. My crit would be that you need to rethink the BG and such, I think you could sort it out a bit so you understand the damage that's been caused. Right now, it's sort of mudd and confusing. You may push out the frame a bit, so we see more of the carnage. I think if you do it right, this panel could be the entire joke. Not that it would, but it could tell the entire story and be a really strong last panel. Great start though. -------------also I'd put "lunch" on the next line with "hour". A big thing about comics is to make that ext really quick to absorb. "Lunch hour" is one thing, splitting it up causes the reader to work a little harder to "get it". |

i was going to make a little happy newyear thingy but suddenly some stuff started exploding up in the sky with that i thought it wouldnt have much use if i finished it.. i might finish it though so i put it in this thread  http://home.scarlet.be/~kr0st1f/mck/flash/nieuwjaar.htm any comments? .. or tips on how to make the snow fall a bit more "realistic" (its hard to get it realistic when it has to triple its mass  if snow could do that i wouldnt be making flash movies :rolleyes: )
