Timmy. I think you should put more thought into the angles and his clothes and shiz. You could give him a cool outfit but keep the Peter Pan feel. Maybe. Sumfin like this?

Thanks mattykins.Light saber I'm making in metals. Don’t laugh, I'm a geek. Pic 1 Pic 2 (image tags arnt owrking for me) Sadly I can’t cut any of the handle, its solid taper steel, so it would rip up any blade. I took it from and engine. I added the imperial top though. (No I don’t know all this about star wars, a girl I like does and I figure it would be a cool gift) |

LOVE the lightsaber todeck - but you don't like star wars? Oh come on....you like star wars. You know you like star wars. You don't like star wars? Your picture reminds me of the gummi bears for some reason, I think it's the wooden sword. Stylistically though it's very similar. ![]() I love the gummy bears. I love you guys. |

Looks like im about to realy slaughter your pice^^, but it's not realy that bad. Realy. I like it alot actually, but here are some things you might want to change if you want: -his right kne and leg seems realy round and chubby compared to the other one -his eyes doesent folow the headstructure, making it look like he has a small forehead. Maby you coud draw the nose in a way that makes it look like his looking more up to the sky? -his left foot and the "wrinkle" on the mountain hits the image border. You could either move it more up, or more down. ![]() ![]() maby push the shadows a bit more, since we cleary can see the sun coming from the left (trying to fix the "cast shadow" aswell): I learned from another friend of mine to let the clouds lead the eye, or swirl around things you'd like the viewers to see. (he told me disney movies does it alot on backgrounds) There's so many ways of doing it, but heres on example: ![]() Maby move him to the right, so it follows the "rule of the 3rd" composition? ![]()

I absolutely love reading comlock and humbleego's crits. You could showcase a supposedly finished piece of artwork that took you days to make and then they can turn it into something totally better in a minute. |
