your torso is still too long and stretched looking with no real indication of underlying definition or musculature, so she kinda looks like she's made out of stretched putty one of your arms is also longer than the other check out the proportions loomis uses: now here's a comparison of yours and his: ![]() note how much longer your torso is than the one loomis drew your crotch hangs far too low, throwing everything else off. (hahahah that last sentance was great) |

ha ha ha this is awesome! the guy doesnt want critques to improve his skill at all he just wants to know how to accesorize some chick! how about you give her a flamethrower or an assult rifle. after all, many drawings of midevil-type fantasy sorcerors get to weild swords 'n stuff. replace a magic wand with a magical item that has a normal practical use as well. but most importantly.... give her the accesory of a proper set of proportions! |

well sorry for giving him tips to improve geez, i must have been wrong about this place, see i thought it was a board intended on giving people tips to improve their work sure he wants to know about accessorizing, but I personally don't feel he's quite ready to be worried about finer details yet. he still needs to iron out his basics. |

no neo i wasnt ridiculing you about it i just thought it was funny that he was asking about something as trivial as accesorizing & that his actual request was going completely ignored |

I agree with you, and if I came off otherwise it was accidental. I do value your input and although I was originally seeking advice other than what you offered I have taken your advice and completely reworked the entire character. Please disregard any detructive remarks posted by others and continue to concentrate on constructive critism. |

Well, the background needs alot of work. The guys robe doesnt look very 3D-ish like cloak thingy on his shoulders. I think there should be some folds or something on it. |

hahaha, well the only thing I noticed that stood out on your goat-boy is that his elbows are um... ginormous. Maybe scaling them down a bit would make him look a little less strange... (other than the fact that he's a goat-boy )

This is what I'm currently working on. The other arm still needs to be added but I'm stuck on the face. Once I'm done I need to clean up the lines too. Could really do with some advice though

Thingie Not really that great yet, but definitely the most atmospheric thing I've done yet. Crits on the character, feel, programming, etc. etc. Anything goes. I want it to be something new (so of course the beginning will be a lot longer, more animated, and less cliched). The character himself was just an experiment with a new type of lighting I was trying, which I think worked rather well. Then again, I know absolutely nothing about animation or art that I didn't figure out myself, so I could be horribly wrong about everything. |

G'day Y'all! I'm currently working on a series of animations, this is the only one that i have made a connected scene. Introducing... Buzz & Franky It features Buzz running down a peer. I drew every step he takes, no copy and pasting frames or resizing fur. It took me one whole sleepless night to create this, and it was a skool night.. I am truly buggered. Crits and Compliments Please. Thanks a Bunch! byby Edit: No Preload, or colour. |
