That cloudskape looks fantastic aswell!
*get jealous*

Its just a personal taste, but I like it better when soem hair gets grouped into a bundle. So that way you could get a thicker brushtroke on the hair that turns red becasue of the red glowing eyes (Like the style humbleego uses)

But still very good though! Is it finished?

Hey Cole. The one crit I have at the moment is that Lucky's midsection is looking like just an oval tube. Put a waist and chest on that guy. Remember to keep it subtle, though. ;)

And where's his ruff? :o

I think it's great judging by the sketch, but you should probably take into consideration what sort of postures and stances metal plated armour (if any of the figures will have it) could allow; characters could need to be much more rigid or "heavy" in the frame. My only real gripe is with the guy flying out of the left part of the explosion; to me, his pose could be more fluid or "painful" (but this probably depends again, upon the type of armor he has on).

Also, make sure we see lots of blood out of that sword slash in the lower right corner! ;)

Good luck, mate; i'm sure it'll be awesome!

I love your picture so far man. :D
I saw that iMac in person for the first time yesterday, they are SAHWEET!!!

Um and with ur crits on my drawing, the hand wasnt supposed to be realistic. lol. it is kinda supposed to be a creepy kinda drawing, neway here is another update.
Sorry it is so big but i think you can kinda see with this one. more of the style i was trying for, like squarish, and straight lines...

tommo you definitely nailed creepy. If it were my drawing I would try and add a few distinguishing characteristics to the hand since that is all we can see. Maybe age it a little, add a scar, jagged fingernails, or some jewelry. Something to make us want to know more about the person out of view.

Here's something I've been working on here and there. It is still very, very far from complete. The original is 3000 x 3000 pixels

Not one in particular, I kinda combined 3 or 4 different pictures for my sketch which is on a layer you can't see. I didn't want to detract from the picture by showing it just yet.

Tommo : There's not much to crit if not the anatomy in that hand.. :P But it's kinda too big. I lose interest in scrolling and viewing pics that size. It's not yet very creepy, more like deformed. Like someone said already, add wrinkles and more darker shadows for a creepy effect.

HadOne2Many : Looks good, but to crit, I need to be nitpicky. :) The right corner tooth looks like it's attached off the gum. I don't know how it goes with tigers, but it bothered me a bit.

Thanatos : Your T-shit looks cool. I only thought that it might lack some shadowing in the sock. But it's fine that way too if you're not going to continue it.

I've been working lately on exaggerating proportions. I'll probably color these pretty soon, but in the mean time, any crits would be helpful.

HadOne2Many: Looking very nice! I thought you were doing it in vector until you mentioned 3000 pixels. Are you just using brushes in Photoshop, or are you using the Pen tool?

What you are doing should be in vector if it isn't already.
-The filesize is smaller
-There is infinite detail no matter how much you zoom in
-You can make really smooth lines

Another piece of info for whoever wants it:
If you made a raster [pixel] drawing and want to convert it to vector, Adobe Illustrator CS2 has a new feature called LiveTrace. You open an image file in Illustrator and select it then go to [image?]>LiveTrace>LiveTrace Options. You can set how many colors there are [use the # colors you used to draw, or play around if you're using a photo], the number of corners, the closeness the vector lines fit the pixels, etc...

Looks good zigityzigitywokk. I like the poses. Though, the right hand on the bald guy looks to small compared to his left.
Keep up the good work! ^_^

Thanks, I've been using brushes and drawing it one pixel at a time. I have both Illustrator (but its an old version so unfortunately I can't use you last piece of advice until I upgrade) but I haven't learned how to use it yet, I've been putting it off. Looking back I now realize I could have easily learned this program in the time I've spent on this one drawing :(

It looks like I need to hit the books and then reevaluate(sp?) this one. Thanks for the tips :)

Zigity - the hands and feet on your second drawing seem a little off. I know you're trying to exaggerate the proportions but the left hand (our right) is much larger than the other in relation to the rest of the arm. Also the foot that is pointed toward us just looks too narrow to support such a fat man.
