His chest/torso area seems off to me, but I'm not quite sure what it is. I think it's the fact that his body is angled to the right, and the enormous chest muscle on the right isn't consistant with that. Also the curved line on top of his lower left arm (the one on our right) which goes into his upper arm seems to go too far in...if you know what I mean. It shouldn't go that far past the right edge of his upper arm. If you're confused by my explanation, I'll circle it for you. I don't think I explained it very well...

@ Edible- thats just a reminder for me as to where the nose shading has to be, its not his nose @ Dave - Could you possibly be more confusing Can you show me what you mean?Anyone guessed who it is yet? EDIT: More line work

Calco.. personally i like the kiddo better than the ol' pappy.. but i like papa flash too

If you want to build some depth with your image, you could try using those flowers dotting the ground all the way back to the buildings like you've started with the grass. The blades of grass tend to pop a bit, I would use a lighter shade of green & it may blend a little better. The man seems somewhat stiff, especially against the curling buildings in the background. I almost want to see him distorted too, but that's just a pesonal choice. I used to really like that song, haven't heard it in ages, though. All I Want was another one off of Ixnay that was good too. A while back, I used the "Intermission" song for backing music in a fake commercial of mine. Be interested to see how yours comes out! |
