hey guys.... Im doing this text update but it's a big pain in the ass because i can't figure out for the life of me how to set tags in my text...I mean is this even possible? All i want to is take a dynamic text field and make the title of whatever the subject is bold and the rest of the text unbold... Is there a better way? feedback would be lovely cause this client's a friggin douche bag.... |

fast and easy here for you. make the dynamic text field display text as HTML and then just put the html tag <B> </B> around the words in the text doc you have the text in. |

Or if you plan to make the words appear through code you do the same as above, but then in code you use the dynamictext.htmlText property rather than the dynamictext.text property. =) If you do this then you can also implement css schema, which allow you to define commonly used text schemes and apply them through the use of the span tag. =) www.w3schools.com for info on css. =) |
