why do you keep calling me neo? its neko. not to sound bitchy. but yeah its a girl in a blue mask crying. its not really suposed to be paportional (sp?) or anything. it was something tottaly random i did because i was trying not to do my art home work. |

im guessing you are talking to me but no i wasnt taking drugs when i drew them. the first one i was a little sick and a guy was freaking me out so thats what i felt like. its intresting how people draw out their feelings. here is something i did last night.

Nice Neko, you have a good starting sense of anatomy, proportions, etc etc. Your best thing to do now is draw draw draw. Your, dragon girl? looks very flat, and the proportions need to be improved a bit (i got yelled at about it when i first started posting here, and still am) Check out he reference threads or look at a few of your favorite artists works and just start drawing some body sketches, even observe some nudes, keep us posted. Alright, i know im trying to ween off an anime look but i wanted to give my friend, whos going on a trip to tokyo, and little farewell gift. She loves anime and has asked me to do a "cute" drawing of her many times. I figure, since shes going to tokyo, would be about the right time.  I struggle with cute, personally, and dont really know if i can pull it off, i know she would be happy with a effing stick figure, but... *shrug* hopefully thats cute. |

the left wrist a little thick and the hand holding the bag looks chunky but thats easy to fix!
 good job! and good choice of color pink is a cute color. i have to start doing that now..... i always choose wrong colors. Here is one of my things i did for multimedia class at school, i think a couple pages bak i said i was gonna submit it, its a bob marley background for a magazine.. we had to use: Hand drawn - Bob marley pic Photo - Chains and Photoshop - how i put it all together and add effects on chains etc. i know the chains cover his face too much but the .psd file is at school still so i gotta save that tomoro on my usb drive and then bring it home and ill change them. ANYone got any things that are wrong with it so i can fix it? and any ideas what i can do with the chains, they represent slavery. and it is and A3 page but i resized it to around 800 x 600 to put onto this page...  |

 nice work.I think that it is easy to see behind the ganja leaf, i show u with another .jpg i have. without the chains.... u can see his face pretty clearly, do u think, maybe a tiny bit more opacity on the leaf???  BTW the main reason i had chains over his face and the leaf too, is because his eye is a bit screwed and it hid it, maybe i can stil manage to draw the attention away. but as soon as i can get to that .psd it can all be fixed. Until then CRIT AWAY PLEASE!!! |

yeah, the chains are whats doing it, maybe opacity them chains up a bit more. EDIT: Erm, opacity, down, i mean, *caugh* yeah. |

hey tommo, i dunno if it's been sai, but the weed leaf is too big, it's outide the picture frame. To me that makes it lok way oo odd, other than that, of you rturn the brightness down and darken the pictre so the room is more mellow, you should get a better effect, like a dark yelow for instance. Also, i just nnoticed it's kind of hard seeing marley's face through the weed leaf, you kinda have ta look hard to realize who it is. |

really? damn....... Um and i already kinda had a yellowish color it was more brown tho... i just changes the hue etc to a kinda browny/yellow. so u think more yellow yeh? I shall change it by tomoro afternoon!
I think i might jsut move them shomewhere else, as a border maybe?
Change your name! i seen two of ur things and they kick ass, the drawing CAN improve like it not top quality, but of course i know you can improve because your ideas are FANTASTIC! keep up the good work and just keep drawing coz u WILL get better! |

As far as I see it, If you aren't getting any crits, try something different…..or maybe wave a hundred dollar bill around - hey is it true there are 1000 dollar bills in the US? Crazy. Nobody (or lolly for that matter) is obliged to do anything - just remember, these are, for the most part, busy professionals, its an honour just breathing the same air. Well, okay, that's a little extreme. But only a little. I mean, it takes a long time to do a proper crit psy. Your bunnies are great, but to grow we must leap into the great unknown! Try something different, like...um...mutant rabbits! Robot rabbits! Blood sucking zombie rabbits! Rabbits with a fettish for danish waffles!
